Founded in 1994, Tim Humerick envisioned a construction company that did things the right way – grounded in quality service, unwavering trust, and simply treating people with respect. After years of working in construction, he began leading his own crews. Over the years, the Humerick name became the go-to company for quality site development work.
For decades, Humerick Construction has been a leader in residential and commercial site development in Middle Tennessee. Our skilled team has decades of experience managing large-scale, multi-phase development projects from planning to completion.
